This classic necklace has beautiful 8 mm round faceted peridot, in a refreshing and beauty green tone, and 3 mm goldplated silver rondelles

The necklace is 50 cm/19,8 in. and it ends with a goldplated silver "S" clasp.

Peridot is a magnesium and iron silicate, (80% magnesium and 20% iron), green in colour. Its name derives from the Greek word "Peridona", which means "uniform energy".
The Greeks and the Romans considered it a valuable stone of protection and healing and also for jewellery purposes. Peridot takes place as a foundation stone and Moses wore a shield with a "protector" Peridot encrusted. It is August birthstone and 16th anniversary
